What a lovely little day spa nestled on charming tree lined Rathdowne st in Carlton. I was greeted in my arrival Elysha, who was warm and engadging offering me a herbal tea in a very tranquil waiting area with relaxation music and dim likes creating an atmosphere of serenity and Zen 🧘‍♀️ Pony was my remedial massage therapist, and has been for ongoing treatments. I can truly say, ive never had a remedial massage like the one Pony gave me. Pony very attentive when explaining my pain. Pony then worked on thise areas releasing my tension, and explaining why. I walked out feeling pain free and an instant feeling of calm and well being. Thank you Pony, and the kind team of endota Spa 🙏

I had a fantastic experience. My therapist made me feel right at ease and super relaxed. I had the organic relax massage and it was perfect - the right amount of pressure and very relaxing. Would definitely recommend!

Hands-down the Best Remedial Massage I’ve Ever Had I recently had a remedial massage with Pony at Endota Carlton, and I can honestly say it was the best I’ve ever experienced, and I’ve had a lot of massages over the years. From start to finish, every stroke Pony delivered felt intentional and deeply therapeutic. You could tell she knew exactly what she was doing, no wasted movements, no generic routine, just expert technique tailored to what my body actually needed. She intuitively found tension I didn’t even realize I was holding and worked through it with the perfect balance of pressure and care. It wasn’t just relaxing, it was genuinely healing. I didn’t want it to end. I cannot recommend Pony highly enough ~ thank you!

Service was great, the staff were attentive and polite. The massage booked was better than expected, it was precise and focused, I left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Only negative is the setup of rooms to reception. I could hear every customer coming and going and every phone call. That aside I couldn’t recommend more for the area, such professional and trained service was very much needed.
